RAKEM Solutions Inc. ("RAKEM", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information on this website (rakem.ca) and when you contact us. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act.
Our products have their own policies
Each RAKEM product explains its own data practices. BlindsPro CRM has its own privacy policy at blindsprocrm.com. FreshPC and InvoCash will include their own privacy details when they are released. If a product policy differs from this one, the product policy applies to that product.
Information we collect
- When you email us. If you write to info@rakem.ca or support@rakem.ca, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to tell us.
- When you visit this website. This site has no sign in, no forms, no advertising and no tracking or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
- To reply to your message and provide the support you asked for.
- To keep records of our communications with customers and partners.
- To keep this website secure and working.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Service providers
We use trusted service providers to host this website and to deliver email. They process information only to provide those services to us. Some of these providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.
